“We are beyond proud of all of our competitors and coaches. I believe it is our privilege and responsibility at the elementary level to instill in our young learners the feeling of competition; the satisfaction in a job well done after having prepared for a special performance…at this level, we’re helping students understand what it is to lead, represent #theblueway, and the pride of teamwork. When they get to the secondary level, it will become second nature to them to compete.
I’m truly proud to work with each of you. You represent Mustang pride incredibly well. Good job!” – Dr. Andrea Moreno-Hewitt, Natalia Elementary Principal
“I am so proud of our chess puzzles teams! They worked very hard and were diligent to attend practice. Every competitor did their best and I was honored to be able to share my enthusiasm for chess with them. #Mustangproud.” -Amy Walker
“I am super proud of my listening skills team and Andres for placing third in the competition. It’s not an easy event, but his focus and dedication at practice every day paid off. Congratulations to all of our winners and Andres for his third place finish!” – A. Overton
