Jessica Castiglione was sworn in Tuesday morning by County Judge Keith Lutz. Mrs. Castiglione is a Graduate of Texas A&M University where she received a degree in Civil Engineering in 1999.
Jessica spent 23 years with TxDOT as the Director of Maintenance Operations, Hondo Area Engineer, New Braunfels Area Engineer, Special Projects Coordinator, and Transportation Engineer/Engineering Specialist. During her tenure with the Hondo Office, Jessica was a welcomed source of information and assistance to Pct 4 and others. She will no doubt be a positive addition to the Court.
