In a double header against Del Rio and Marshall, the Warhorse and Arabian Team Tennis athletes came home 1-1 on Saturday, September 14th. The Warhorses and Arabians started against Del Rio at 9 am Saturday and did not finish playing Marshall until well after 6pm with only a break for lunch.
The team lost to Del Rio 4-15 and beat Marhall 10-9. “Arabians swept the doubles, mixed doubles, plus won 5/6 singles matches, giving the team 9 points Very exciting ending. Karma Herring won the final match of the day to give Devine 10 wins,” stated Coach Melanie Sostarich.
