The Board of Trustees for both Devine ISD and Lytle ISD recently approved academic calendars for their districts
Lytle’s school year is set to begin on Thursday, August 13, and conclude on Thursday, June 3, 2020. The full academic calendar is available on LISD’s website at lytleisd.org.
Devine’s school year is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 24, and end on Thursday, May 27, 2021. Devine’s full calendar can be viewed on the district’s website at devineisd.org.
The Natalia ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to go to a 180-day instructional calendar at its meeting on June 8 based on a recommendation from Superintendent Dr. Lana Collavo. The move will allow the district to be eligible for additional summer school funding in the future thanks to the Additional Days School Year portion of House Bill 3, passed during the 86th legislative session in 2019.
Natalia has not yet approved its academic calendar for the upcoming school year.
