The 8th annual DJ Carlson Memorial Bust N Burn will be held from September the 10th through the 11th.This year, the international barbeque cookers association is sponsoring a cook-off with a $,5000 payout. Competitors will have to pay a $200 entry fee for two chicken halves, brisket, and pork spare ribs.
Folks can also compete in the 12 station clay shoot, which will award $1000 scholarships to the top male and female youth shooters
For a $10 cover charge, attendees can also enjoy cornhole and washer tournaments Friday, DJ karaoke Friday night, and the Jeremy Richard Band Saturday night.
