Summer sports camps begin June 11


This summer Devine High School will be home to many different sports camps including softball, tennis, baseball, volleyball, basketball, football, and a speed and strength training. Each camp has a registration form that can be found on the Devine High School sports website page.
The softball camp will be June 11-14 and will include incoming 1st through 9th graders broken into three groups at different times. The cost is $50 and registration is due by the first day of camp. The Warhorse baseball camp will cost $50 and be held June 11-14 for incoming 1st through 9th graders. Registration is due by the first day of camp also.
The Arabian volleyball camp will be June 11-14 for incoming 3rd through 9th graders and cost $50 which includes a camp shirt. Registration can be dropped off until May 31 at the high school.
There will be two basketball camps, both held June 18-20 at 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:00. The morning camp is for incoming 3rd through 6th graders and the second camp is for 7th through 9th graders. Each camp is $50.
The tennis camp is June 18-21 for 1st through 5th for $50 and 6th through 9th for $60 and includes a T-shirt.
Warhorse football camp is July 16-19 for incoming 3rd through 9th graders. Registration is due the first day of camp with a fee of $50.
There are four weeks of speed and strength training this summer and will include speed, agility, strength, team work training, plus more. This camp is for incoming 5th through 12th graders and cost $80.
Each camp will help the athlete learn fundamentals, team work, and Arabians and Warhorse Pride. More information and registration forms are on the athletic website.
