10:414 AM – Officer initiated public meeting with Congressman Will Hurd at Dairy Queen.
12:49 PM – Walmart advised male subject cutting packages open with knife. Subject cited and released.
3:33 PM – Vehicle stopped in 500 block of Hondo Ave E for a traffic violation. Male subject jailed for possession of marijuana less than 2 grams and drug paraphernalia.
6:25 PM – Provided blue forms for minor accident in 100 block of Colonial Parkway.
7:50 PM – Complainant advised there was a vehicle driving recklessly in 300 block of Teel Drive South.
11:05 PM – Complainant advised car door glass broken on front passenger side in 100 block of Colonial Parkway. No entry made into vehicle.
August 12
1:30 AM – Complainant in 100 block of LC Martin Ave advised of a disturbance. Officer found it was a misunderstanding about money between a female and male.
1:50 AM – Assisted DPS at IH 35 SB MM 125 with transporting drunk driver to Devine HP office.
9:45 AM – Complainant in 300 block of St. Hwy 132 requested to speak with officer regarding a disagreement with their spouse.
12:50 PM – Complainant on IH 35 NB at weight station stated while on highway plywood on road damaged their hood.
7:22 PM – Vehicle stopped in 900 block of Dove Ave for driving all over the roadway. Female subject appeared to be intoxicated and physically struggled with officers. She was jailed for DWI and resisting arrest.
10:45 PM – Complainant in 500 block of Corley Dr stated they believed a family member stole their mail at approximately 9:00 PM
August 13
11:20 PM – Caller advised white 18 wheeler all over road on Hondo W. Searched area but unable to locate.
August 14
2:35 AM – Complainant found a check issued to a female citizen was found in the 300 block of Teel Drive S.
4:50 AM – Life alert activated in 100 block of Dixon Dr. Officer found it was a false alarm.
10:06 AM – Officers dispatched to IH 35 SB MM 122 for a truck hitting a guard rail. Mike’s Wrecker picked up the vehicle.
11:30 AM – Officer dispatched to assist with a stolen vehicle out of Frio County in 100 block of IH 35 S. Morales Wrecker picked up vehicle.
August 15
8:36 AM – Onstar requested officer look for a white Chevy that activated EMS and no response from occupant. Unable to locate.
5:40 PM – Officer dispatched to 300 block of Hondo Ave E for an 18 wheeler that had caught fire under the hood. Found to be an electrical issue. Fire was extinguished.
August 16
3:14 AM – Vehicle stopped in 500 block of Hondo Ave E for a traffic violation. Driver cited for having an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
12:35 PM – BOLO put out for teal colored pickup that lost trailer on CR 5710.
2:20 PM – Complainant advised big rig hauling cattle all over the road on St. Hwy. 173. Unable to locate.
3:49 PM – Complainant in 100 block of Hondo Ave E advised a male forged a signature on a check.
5:28 PM – Complainant on Malone Dr stated kids on bikes were blocking roadway. Officer found it was the high school cross country team and he spoke with teacher.
7:59 PM – Complainant advised black truck cutting off 18 wheelers on IH 35 SB. Unable to locate.
August 17
12:09 AM – Complainant in blue 18-wheeler on IH 35 SB MM 124 reported an unknown vehicle was following him and it appeared they wanted to fight him. Unable to locate.
