Where in the Bible will I find…?

1st Samuel 15:25 “Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.”

I hope you are all starting the new year off well! As always, I encourage each of you to pray for one another. James 5:16, “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” Please pray for our country and pray that we can serve God better in 2024 than we did in 2023. And of course, and most importantly, let’s not forget to thank God every day, and make it a personal goal to get into the word of God every day. Our question for the week is; “Where in the Bible will I find an Angel declaring that Jesus will return?”
As Christians one of the things that give us hope is the return of our Savior. Whether he returns while we’re still living or if he returns years and years after we’re gone we still have hope in the fact that he will someday return. Some say that the Bible never says that he will actually return but all one has to do is to look in the book of Acts when Jesus returned to heaven. Acts 1:9-11 “And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Think about it! J.W.
