5:15 PM – Officer assisted DPS with accident that occurred on CR 676 but operators followed each other to Food King. Provided cover and support.
7:58 PM – Officer assisted Medina County Sheriff’s Office on an assault in the 100 block of CR7611. Officer provided cover and support.
9:27 PM – Vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in the 100 block of E. Benton Ave. Two male occupants was found to be in possession of meth and jailed. One of the men also had five MCSO warrants.
10:28 PM – Officer dispatched to the 1100 block of Warhorse Dr. for a loud noise in the area. Unable to locate.
Feb. 24
12:07 AM – Officer assisted DPS with a rollover accident in SB IH-35 near mile marker 118.
1:00 AM – Officer assisted DPS with a jackknifed 18-wheeler on SB IH-35 near mile marker 118. Officer provided traffic control until DPS arrived.
2:27 PM – Officer assisted DPS with a jackknifed 18-wheeler on SB IH-35 near mile marker 121. Officer provided traffic control until DPS cleared previous accident and made location.
4:06 PM – Female complainant in the 700 block of Rosemary St. reported her ex-boyfriend kicked in the door and assaulted her. Pictures were taken and statement forms left. Complainant refused EMS treatment.
12:35 PM – Unknown person(s) took complainant’s purse out of shopping cart while she was placing groceries in her truck at a store in the 100 block of Colonial Pkwy.
6:40 PM – Officers dispatched to the 500 block of S. Teel Dr. in reference to a verbal argument between a female subject and a male subject. Parties separated.
10:40 PM – Officers dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Hondo Ave. in reference to a reckless driver in an orange Jeep possibly chasing after kids.
Feb. 25
12:15 AM – Officers dispatched to apartment complex in the 300 block of Hwy. 132 N. in reference to a vehicle in the parking lot playing loud music. Officers made contact with vehicle owner and advised them to turn it down. All was okay.
12:15 AM – Vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in the 300 block of Herring Ave. A female subject was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and released.
1:05 AM – Officer dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Hondo Ave. in reference to a Hispanic male digging through the trash. Officer patrolled the area, unable to locate.
1:30 AM – Officers assisted DPS with a major accident in the 2000 block of CR 676. A vehicle that struck a tree had been abandoned. Officers assisted with locating the driver.
1:50 AM – Officer dispatched to the 1000 block of E. Hondo Ave. in reference to a suspicious male on location. Officer made location and patrolled the area. Unable to locate.
7:45 AM – Officer dispatched to business in the 300 block of N. Teel Dr. in reference to a 911 hang-up at location. Business was closed and no one was on location.
2:40 PM – Complainant reported a motorcycle driving recklessly in the 100 block of Colonial Pkwy. The motorcycle was heading towards Natalia. Unable to locate.
3:35 PM – Complainant in the 600 block of Webb Ave. reported solicitors in the area. Officer made contact with solicitors. Subjects were advised they needed a permit.
5:30 PM – Solicitors in the area of the 500 block of Crouch Ave. Officer asked them to stop until they had a city permit.
11:14 PM – Officer made location to IH-35 NB and mile marker 131 in reference to an escort for fallen Border Patrol agent.
Feb. 26
10:15 AM – The male driver of a silver BMW in the 100 block of W. College Ave. possibly under the influence. Officer made contact; everything was okay.
11:46 AM – Damage to press box door at baseball field at Warhorse Stadium.
2:45 PM – Complainant reported a truck dumping rocks and huge mud pieces that have damaged his car. Complainant did not want to make a report, just to inform the officers of the truck.
3:49 PM – Panic alarm set off at business in the 600 block of E. Hondo Ave. All was okay.
Feb. 27
5:21 AM – Officer responded to minor accident on IH-35 NB near mile marker 122. DPS also made location.
6:47 AM – Officer assisted MCSO Deputy with a vehicle theft in the 800 block of CR 669.
12:18 AM – A male subject was taking a refrigerator out of a building in the 700 block of N. Teel Dr. Officers made contact with the owner of the property; all was okay.
6:57 PM – Officers dispatched to the 300 block of Transportation Dr. in reference to an intoxicated male walking near the tracks. Unable to locate.
Feb. 28
7:56 AM – Caller in the 1000 block of W. Hondo Ave. believed a female on location was intoxicated. The female was located but was not intoxicated and was provided a ride to her residence.
9:32 AM – Complainant on CR 5710 believes an underground water pipe busted and created a sinkhole. Commissioner Beck and Public Works were on location.
3:30 PM – Complainant on Windy Knoll Dr. reported a gold Chevy car full of high school kids speeding and driving recklessly during school hours.
4:25 PM – Complainant reported a juvenile on a blue four-wheeler was driving across Hwy. 173. Unable to locate.
5:22 PM – Complainant reported a white Dodge pickup all over the road. Unable to locate.
10:43 PM – Complainant reported two 18-wheelers driving at a high rate of speed on IH-35 SB. Unable to locate.
11:45 PM – Complainant observed a male subject wearing a yellow shirt and baggy shorts pulling flags out of the ground in the 200 block of W. Hondo Ave. Unable to locate.

2:03 PM – Complainant in the 300 block of W. Hondo Ave. reported graffiti on the back of a shed.
