The Warhorses opened district against the always tough Somerset school and made the Bulldogs work hard. Devine played a tough game but fell 36-80 and faced YMLA last night. YMLA lost to Somerset 28-92. With just four teams left playing in district, the Warhorses have a great shot at a good playoff seat by beating YMLA and Fox Tech.
Devine opened the game with Somerset’s working hard and that press pushed the rest of the game, making it hard for Devine to get fast breaks down the court. The Bulldogs were aggressive down the court and under the basket, leaving Devine to work hard for everything.
