On November 21, the JV Arabians faced LaVernia. With a final score of 23-32, the Arabians fought hard but couldn’t beat their opponent. “We came out moving the ball well and making some great shots in the first half. In the second half we made some unforced turnovers and the ball just would not go in the basket for us. Overall the girls did some great things tonight!” said Coach Leigh Anne McIver.
Scarlett Smith and Gabby Rodriguez each had 8 points and 1 rebound, Saily Zetino had 3 points and 5 rebounds, Alexa Garza and Ally Long each had 2points, Jasmine Pompa had 4 rebounds, Janaee Wofford 3 rebounds and Karli Geyer had a rebound.
