Whitaker named to TGCA Academic All-State Cross Country Team

Devine senior Abigail Whitaker was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Academic All-State Cross Country team.
The TGCA selects Academic All-State Teams in Cross Country for conferences 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A and 6A. Athletes and support staff are nominated by their member coaches. The head varsity coach of the school must be a member in good standing of TGCA for honors to be bestowed. Athletes and support staff members must be seniors, must have a GPA of 94 or above for grades 9-11 and must be a team member in good standing.
Whitaker was coached by Coach Khera Vay.
