Walk N Talk our way to health this April with AgriLife Extension!

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Medina County has a free program coming up to help families reach their health goals this spring!

Join Family and Community Health agent, Elyse Hernandez, and Hondo Wesley nurse Barbara Brennan-West for a 4-week program with two purposes – education on increasing fruits and vegetables in your diet and increasing physical activity. The group will meet in the Fellowship Hall at Hondo Methodist Church – 1006 16th Street every Monday and Thursday starting April 15th from 11am-12pm. Each session a brief nutrition lesson will be presented, accompanied by a recipe demonstration/sampling, and group exercise! Get your walking shoes on and join us for a great time!
