Natalia City Hall open to the public

The doors of Natalia’s City Hall are once again open to the public after the portion of the public health emergency declaration closing it expired on May 9.

City Administrator Lisa Hernandez said that if the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the area spikes, municipal offices may have to close again in an effort to limit the risk of exposure for staff and citizens.

Only four people are allowed in the office at a given time, and social distancing guidelines are followed. Hand sanitizer is available. Residents may continue to pay City bills via the office drop box or on the City’s website at www.cityofnatalia.com.

The next City Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 18. Maximum occupancy is 20 due to social distancing rules, and masks are required.
