According to authorities, a man in his 30s drove off a cliff in northern Medina County this past Tuesday, January 25 around 5:30am. Amazingly, he was able to self extricate and crawl out of the vehicle with what appeared to be only minor scrapes and bruises.
The accident happened at SH 1283 at 271 near Mico. DPS and Mico Fire responded to the call for help.
He was transported to an area hospital by EMS to get checked out. Thanks to all our first responders, especially our volunteer firefighters for always being there in our times of need.
