If you’ve been missing seeing Mr. Eddie Hutzler cruising around town in his scooter, he’d love to see you too! Several weeks ago he had major surgery but is on the healing path and progressing each week. You can visit him at Devine Health and Rehab, next to Tractor Supply in Devine. Eddie turned 80 in November, and is on oxygen now, so you won’t see him running around town for a while he recoups and does some rehabilitation therapy. He does sit in the front foyer of Devine Health and Rehab a lot in his fancy wheel chair or can be found watching Westerns on his television in his room. If you can’t stop to visit but would like to wish him well he loves to get mail. Cards can be sent to The Devine News, Attt. Eddie loves his town and loves to visit with people and share swap stories. He will even sing you a song or two, some in German of course!
