Devine and Lytle Cross Country coaches take their running squads to the annual Islander Splash in Corpus Christi on Saturday, September 18. The meet is primarily used for Regional hopefuls to get a feel for the course before that time comes in late October.
The meet is held on the campus of Texas A&M Corpus Christi at Dugan Track and Soccer Stadium located at 700 Nile Street.
There are eight different race classifications and start times listed below. If you plan on making the two-hour trip to watch a race or races, please check with a coach or a runner to know exactly what time the student-athlete will compete.

Award ceremony
Award ceremonies for individual races are 30 minutes after the slated start time.

Natalia makes the hour and a half or so drive to Ingram to participate in the Warrior Invitational Saturday as well. Race information was not available at press time.
