Devine Little League will be starting soon! We are excited about the upcoming 2019 season! This year you can use a form called “Little League School Enrollment”; you can find this on the Little League website under forms.
This one form will replace having to have three proofs of residency. Someone from the front office at the school will have to verify the form and sign it. The registration fee this year is $65. That registration fee goes to help pay the charter fees and insurance fees we have to pay Little League.
We will continue registration on Saturday, January 26 and finally on Saturday, February 2 at the Devine Intermediate gym; during the DYS basketball games.
On Saturday, February 9 and 16 we will have sign-ups from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Little League office. Monday, February 11 until Friday, February 15, we will be available for sign-ups from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. After Saturday, February 16, there will be a $10 late fee added to the registration fee.
Tryouts will be the week of February 18.
Monday, February 18 (6-8 year olds) Coach Pitch: Girls at 6 p.m.; Boys at 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, February 19 (8-10 year olds) 6 p.m. Minor Girls; (10-12 year olds) Major Girls at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, February 21 (8-10 year old) Minor Boys at 6 p.m.; 10-12 year old) Major Boys at 7:30 p.m.
Friday, February 22 Junior Girls at 6 p.m.; Junior Boys at 7:30 p.m.
Make-ups will start at 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 23. Drafts will be held Saturday, February 23 at 2 p.m. Only Managers need to be present for drafts.
Opening Day will be March 30.
