1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum
2. Closed Session A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District’s attorney concerning legal issues related to possible term contract nonrenewal proceedings, including issues involving scheduling, procedural rules and selection of counsel to advise the Board in any non-renewal hearing. B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss proposed nonrenewal of a term contract teacher.
3. Consider and take possible action regarding proposed nonrenewal of a term contract employee.
4. Consider and take possible action regarding possible scheduling, procedural rules and legal representation in any non-renewal hearing.
