Where in the Bible will I find…?

Psalm 84:10 “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”
I hope you are having a great week so far!

I hope you got some of the recent rains! For this and all the many blessings we receive on a daily basis we thank God every day. I encourage each of you to make it a personal goal to get into the word of God every day. Have you read your Bible today? Our question for the week is; “Where in the Bible will I find a king with seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines? Last week we talked about Rehoboam who had 28 sons and 60 daughters but if his father Solomon had numerous children we’re not really given a number. However we are told how many wives and concubines he had. 1st Kings 11;1-4 “But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites; of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely, they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart. For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods; and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.” Think about it!
