The First Baptist Church in Devine is pleased to announce the addition of a new Youth Pastor, Nathan Alan VanderBoegh as voted upon by the church members. He is 30 years old and has been married to Leah Dalton VanderBoegh since June 4th, 2011. They have two children; Elizabeth is 3, and Theodore is 7 months.
They are natives of Florida. Nathan has served in the ministry in Florida and Georgia. He has also served in the National Guard.
Nathan is pursuing a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has an Associate’s Degree and a four year degree in Ministry Studies from Baptist College of Florida in Graceville, FL.
Nathan has served as Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor. He has a heart for people. They visited Devine March 9-12. His first day in office in Devine will be on Monday, April 17, 2017.
