Sunday, Sept. 16, 6:20 AM –Officers responded to Beverage Express on Hwy. 132 N. in Natalia after the local business was burglarized overnight.
“It happened between Saturday night and Sunday morning,” said Natalia Police Chief Gilbert Rodriguez. “They gained access through a window.”
According to the report, the owner stated that someone pushed open a small window close to where the lottery tickets were and took approximately $1,900 in lottery tickets. Officer collected all the information and the case is pending. They were a variety of different tickets.
