Natalia Police Report


Nov. 13

10:06 AM – Officer responded to Natalia High School about a student making verbal threats in wanting to burn down the school. Officer is currently investigating the matter.
Nov. 18
11:47 PM – Officer responded to IH-35 S. access road about a truck tractor jackknifed. Morales Towing was called out and got the truck back on the road.
Nov. 19
10:20 PM – Officer responded to Love’s Truck Stop about a truck tractor hitting another truck tractor. Officer arrived on scene and observed very minimal damage to all vehicles. Officer issued a blue form to only one driver because the other driver didn’t want to push the issue and call his company and report the incident. Officer explained the form and cleared the scene.
11:16 PM – Officer responded to the 700 blk. of Palfrey St. about a verbal disturbance. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant. The complainant stated a male subject was arguing with her and had got into his truck and left. Officer informed the complainant to call police back to issue a criminal trespass warning to this individual.
Nov. 20
11:23 AM – Officer responded to the 800 blk. of Barlett St. about a suspicious person walking around the area and around a residence which was unoccupied at the time. Officers later arrived in the area and spotlighted the residence and was unable to locate anyone walking around on foot in the area. Officers cleared the area and went back in service.
Nov. 21
11:46 AM – Officer responded to the 300 blk. of Bartlett St. about a suspicious van and person parked in front of the residence looking into a white pickup which was disabled. The home owner advised the officer that the neighbor across the street took a photograph of the van and later forwarded it to the officer. No damage was caused to the house or vehicle.
3:59 PM – Officer responded to the 100 blk. of Heather Hollow about the complainant having several serious medical issues and being shunned by her mother and family. Officer listened and spoke to the complainant about her issue. Officer explained to her that there was no criminal offense and that anything she advised her was strictly her own professional opinion and later cleared the scene.
