On May 21, 2018 Medina County Sheriff’s Deputies secured a search warrant for the 900 block 24th St, next to Hondo High School. 
The search warrant yielded a large amount of marijuana, cash, a stolen gun as well as other guns, cannabis oil for vaporizer pens and drug paraphernalia. A male subject was arrested for Poss Marijuana 5lbs-50lbs with a $35,000 Surety Bond, Poss CS PG 2 4G-400G with a $25,000 Surety Bond and Poss CS PG 3 <28G with a $5,000 Surety Bond.
There are more pending arrests.
