Nov. 15
9:00 AM Graffiti – John Lott Park Officer was contacted by a resident in reference to someone painting a vulgar picture on the concrete skate park.
2:45 PM Traffic Accident – Lytle Nail Salon (19500 Blk. IH 35 Suite #1) Officer responded for a report that someone struck her vehicle and damaged the door.
3:20 PM – Welfare Check – HEB Plus (19300 Blk. McDonald St.) Officer responded for a report of a child in a vehicle. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
3:35 PM – Suspicious Activity – 14800 Blk. Main St. Officers responded for a report of 3 males in a back yard. The males left before the officers arrived.
8:00 PM – Possession of a Controlled Substance Officers conducted a traffic stop at Railroad St. & N. Prairie St. that resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old subject for possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 2 < 1 Grams and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 1 -4 Grams.
11:16 PM – Camino Real Crisis Center Officer provided a courtesy ride to a consumer that was being disruptive.
Nov. 16
12:11 AM – Reckless Driver – IH 35 MM 133 Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
1:40 AM – Suspicious Activity – 15400 Blk. Cottage St. Officer responded for a suspicious vehicle at the new duplexes being constructed. The vehicle belonged to an electrician working late.
2:00 PM – Welfare Check – Office Street Officer responded for a report of a female laying on the roadway. The officer was unable to locate the female.
5:35 PM – Verbal Disturbance – Lynda’s Apartments (15300 Blk. Main St.) Officer received a phone call about a male and female argument.
6:50 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Deputy Officers responded to the HEB C-Store (19500 Blk. McDonald St.) to assist with an assault that occurred outside the city.
8:48 PM – Possible Threat Officers responded to the 19400 Blk. of S. Prairie for a possible threat to the school. It was determined there was no credible threat.
11:15 PM – Possible Theft of Service – (14700 Blk. Main St.) Officers responded for a possible theft of service. The bill was paid before officers arrival.
11:50 PM – Suspicious Vehicle – (19100 Blk. IH 35 S) Officers observed 2 vehicles parked in the parking lot. The driver said his vehicle had broken down and he was trying to tow it home.
Nov. 17
12:16 AM – Possession of a Controlled Substance Officer conducted a traffic stop at Main St. & Cortez St. that resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old subject for possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 less than 1 Gram and possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1- 1Gram – 4 Grams.
4:26 AM – Unlocked Door – Main Street Medical (15100 Blk. Main St.) Officer discovered the rear door unlocked. No criminal activity was present.
12:06 PM – Report of Family Violence – Lynda’s Apartments (15300 Blk. Main St) Officer responded for a report of family violence. The case is under investigation.
4:50 PM – Traffic Accident HEB Plus (19300 Blk. McDonald St.) Officer responded to a minor 2 vehicle accident.
5:04 PM – Information Report Lytle Primary School (19100 Blk. Prairie St.) Officer responded for a report of Child Left at the Bus Stop. The child was returned to the campus.
11:12 PM – Business Alarm – Pirates Express (15300 Blk. Main St.) Officers responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.

9:05 AM – Check Forgery – Community National Bank (20100 Blk. IH 35) Report of seven forged checks, the forged checks were not cashed in our jurisdiction.
11:45 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – Coal Mine Area Officer responded for a report of a theft. The theft occurred outside the city limits of Lytle.
1:35 PM – Suspicious Person – John Lott Park Officer responded for a report of a suspicious male individual in the area.
3:05 PM – Suspicious Person – HEB Plus (19300 Blk McDonald St) Officer responded for a report of a suspicious male individual in the area. The individual was given a trespass warning and departed without incident.
7:47 PM – Traffic accident – IH 35 Frontage Rd @ FM 3175 Officers responded to a minor 2 vehicle accident.
8:44 PM – Traffic Collision – Wisdom @ Ball Road Officers assisted the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department with a one vehicle traffic accident.
11:11 PM – Juvenile Runaway – 400 Blk CR 6848 Officers met with a complainant who reported a missing juvenile. The juvenile was later located and returned home without incident.

5:39 PM – BOLO – IH 35 S. Access Road. Officer responded to the interstate for a report a stolen vehicle that was being tracked in the area.
8:05 AM – Talk to Officer – 11000 Blk of Laredo Street Officer met with a complainant who reported phone harassment.
8:25 AM – Fingerprints – 15245 Hester Street Officer fingerprinted individual for employment/background purposes.
3:13 PM – Animal Cruelty – 19300 Blk of McDonald St Officer met with a complainant who reported possible animal cruelty.
8:25 AM – Suspicious Vehicle – 15000 Blk of White Cap Dr Officers responded to the location for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
9:28 PM – Courtesy Ride – 14600 Blk FM 2790 E Officers provided a courtesy ride to a stranded pedestrian.

10:10 AM – Community Policing – 19700 Blk IH Officers attended to the Greater Lytle Chamber Farmers Market event.
10:49 AM – Welfare Check – 14600 Blk of McDonald St Officer responded to the location for a suspicious person.
10:56 AM – Theft Report – 15300 Blk of Main Street Officer responded to the location for a theft report. The complainant reported that unknown person(s) stole approximately $1,200.00 of lumber.
10:56 AM – Suspicious Person – 19300 Blk Martin St Officer responded for a theft report. The suspect departed prior to officer’s arrival. The case is under investigation.
10:58 AM – Theft Report – HEB Plus – 19300 Blk McDonald St Officer responded for a theft report. The suspect departed prior to officer’s arrival. The case is under investigation.
2:05 PM – Vehicle Crash – 19700 Blk of McDonald St Officer responded to the location for a minor two vehicle crash.
3:51 PM – Vehicle Crash – 14800 Blk of Lytle-Somerset St Officer responded to the location for a minor two vehicle crash.
7:42 PM – Loud Music – 19500 Blk of Gray St Officer responded to the location for a loud music.
8:29 PM – Theft – 20000 Blk of IH 35 N. Access Officers responded to the location for a customer that stole money from the restaurant tip jar. The business elected not to prosecute the individual and he was released.
8:37 PM – Welfare Check – Whataburger – 19561 McDonald St Officers responded to the location to conduct a welfare check on an individual that appeared to be stranded.
8:39 PM – Suspicious Vehicle – 15000 Blk Mesquite Street Officers responded to the location for a suspicious vehicle.
9:28 PM – Suspicious Activity – HEB C Store – 19500 Blk McDonald St Officers responded to the location for a vehicle burglary in progress. Upon the officer’s arrival it was determined that no crime had occurred.
Nov. 21
10:50 AM – Debit Card Abuse – 14600 Blk of McDonald St Officer met with a complainant who reported one unauthorized debit card transaction, the jurisdiction and details of the transaction are unknown at this time.
3:51 PM – Juvenile Runaway – 18500 Blk Wisdom Rd Officers met with a complainant who reported a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located shortly thereafter and returned home without incident.
7:47 PM – Assist a Disabled Vehicle – Main St. @ McDonald St. Officers observed a car blocking the roadway. The car was able to start and move on its own.
7:58 PM – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Officers initiated a traffic stop at Lytle-Somerset St. & Bruce St. that resulted in the seizure of drug paraphernalia from a 20-year-old subject. The subject was cited for drug paraphernalia and released.
11:20 PM – Warrant Service Dollar Tree (14900 Blk. Main St.) Officers responded for a man wanting to turn himself in for a robbery warrant. A 27-year-old male subject was wanted on a parole violation and was transported to the Atascosa County Jail.
