The Teen Library Club is hosting a Teen Valentine Party! Join us for snack and some Valentine’s Day themed crafts! Bring a friend or someone special for an afternoon of fun!
Teen Movie– 13 Going on 30, Thursday, February 28, 4:30 to 6:20 PM
Join the Teen Library Club for our showing of the feel good fairy tale, 13 Going on 30! A girl who’s sick of the social strictures of junior high is transformed into a grownup overnight. Teenager Jenna wants a boyfriend, and when she’s unable to find one, she fantasizes about being a well-adjusted adult. Suddenly, her secret desire becomes a reality, and she is transformed into a 30-year-old. But adulthood, with its own set of male-female challenges, isn’t as easy as it looks. The showing will start promptly at 4:30, so be sure to arrive with plenty of time to find a seat. Snacks will be provided, but teens are welcome to bring their own snacks, blankets, and chairs.
