The Driscoll Public Library will host an Aviation Exploration program on Friday, June 9, 16, and 23 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the library. Officer Clinton Schmelzer of the Devine police department will be facilitating this program about aviation. The program is geared towards 4th, 5th, and 6th graders and pre-registration is required. Two weeks of this program will also require transportation to alternate sites. The library will not be responsible for transportation.
Teen Board Game Night will be held the second and fourth Fridays of the month beginning June 9 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Participants must be 13 or older. Featured board games include Ticket to Ride, Scattergories, and Apple to Apples, among others. Game materials will be supplied by the library.
