On July 13, 2017, EAST MEDINA COUNTY SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT entered into Stage 1 Critical Period Management as per District Policy and in Compliance with the Edward Aquifer Authority Rules.


The addition of a splash pad and other amenities for Briscoe Park will be given a second chance to become reality at a Special meeting of the Devine City Council scheduled for next Monday, July 24 at 6:00 pm.
