Medina County officials want to warn residents that someone has used the county’s letterhead to produce a fraudulent document intended to create panic.
“There is a letter being circulated on social media which is completely false,” stated Medina County Judge Chris Schuchart. “There are three confirmed Coronavirus cases in Medina County, that’s all.”
The letter inaccurately reports 59 cases.
