Lytle ISD administration is making plans for the 2020-2021 school year and has crafted a back-to-school survey for parent input.
The survey is available on the district’s website at lytleisd.org until noon on Wednesday, July 22. Information gathered from the survey will contribute to detailed plans for the re-opening of schools.
The following protocols are already in place: all employees and students will be required to wear face coverings, though some allowances will be made for Pre-K through 5th graders inside their classrooms; temperatures will be taken before entering buildings; hand sanitizer will be provided at classrooms and building entrances; extra custodians will be hired to help with extra cleaning throughout the day; buses will be sanitized after every trip; outside learning spaces will be utilized; and efforts will be made to spread students out inside classrooms.
