If you want something fun to do next Saturday, September 28, 2019, come join the Devine Food Pantry’s third annual fundraiser at the Devine Community Center from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and enjoy a great meal, music, silent and live auctions with really great prizes! Come enjoy an evening of fun while helping out others in their time of need.
We will have a drawing for a 55” flat screen color TV (donated by Security Bank), a 1400 watt generator (from Tractor Supply), and a $500 VISA gift card (donations from Lytle State, Community National and Security State Banks).
Live auction items include a bundled group of golf certificates form Pleasanton, Castroville and the Golf Club of Texas, each of these country clubs have provided a certificate for a foursome plus a golf cart for 18 holes of golf. We will also have a 1960’s hand pieced quilt and a large dining room table with 6 chairs.
For our silent auction we will have a gift certificate for a round of golf with cart from the Hondo Golf Course, furniture, garden items, plants, arts and crafts, antique furniture and items. We will have a bake sale with all types of delicious homemade baked items as well.
The Devine Knights of Columbus #5192 will be providing a spaghetti and meatball dinner. The dinner is $7 per person and we will have drinks for $1. We will also be selling goody bags for children.
Live music will be provided by Adam Butler and his Haywire Pickers.
