Quijano crowned Young Mrs. International 2021

SAN ANTONIO — 35 year-old Natalia, Texas resident Kimberly Quijano was crowned Young Mrs. International 2021 on July 4th at The Westin Memorial City. During the pageant, she won Photogenic and was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for earning over 1,000 hours of commitment to her community. With her win, she begins a year full of appearances and community service throughout the nation.
During her reign, Kimberly will promote her community organization, The Nature Scouts, which empowers nature based learning for children of all abilities.
“I’m proud to bring a international title to South Texas,” Kimberly said. “Although I’ll be traveling all over the nation to promote my platform, I’m most excited about serving right here in San Antonio and the hill country of Natalia. I want to continue to give back to the communities that I love.”
Kimberly is a special education educator for Harlandale ISD and has a passion for teaching children about The Great Outdoors. To combine her passion for her community, Kimberly along side, The Nature Scouts, will be hosting a free meet up for families and their children on Saturday, July 31 @ 9 am at Medina River Natural Area. They are collecting donations of women’s hygiene products and toiletries at the event to donate to Women’s Veterans of San Antonio.
