On Thursday, December 9, 2021, Odel Guerra loving son, brother and uncle passed away at the age of 38.
Odel was born August 9, 1983, to Deodulo (Yoyo) and Yolanda Guerra. Odel was known for his infectious smile and his love for Diet Dr Pepper.
At his family home with his loving parents, Stepmother Sabrina Guerra and his father Yoyo, you could always find Odel on his favorite swing in his back yard. Odel always felt lucky and had a passion for gambling and never missed a trip with his family. Employed for several years at Tex-Spice line, he will be greatly missed by his co-workers and friends both in Devine and Kerrville.
Odel is preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda. He is survived by his father Yoyo and stepmother Sabrina. Odel also leaves behind his siblings Jose (Yesi) Roel Guerra, Juan Guerra, Lisa (Jaime) Flores, Nicole (Brett) Payton, Brian (Shianna) Schenk and Emily (Chris) McGrew. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
