Natalia Police Report May 27-June 2

May 27
12:43 PM – Officer responded to Dollar General due to a Hispanic male subject asleep behind the building. EMS and police arrived on scene and determined the man was intoxicated and fell asleep behind the building. Officer gave the male subject a courtesy ride off the property and dropped him off to a responsible party.
5:13 PM – Officer responded to a crash on IH-35 N. near mile marker 127. Officer arrived on scene and observed both vehicles were safely off the roadway. There were no injuries. Officer stood by for a trooper, who later arrived on scene and took over the crash investigation. Officer cleared the scene and went back in service.
May 31
2:28 PM – Officer responded to assist a Lytle police officer on a traffic stop. Officer arrived on scene and was advised the driver was wanted out of Bexar County on an active warrant. The driver was arrested without conflict. Officer was released from the scene and went back in service.
June 2
6:00 PM – Officer responded to the Natalia Little League field to assist in setting up a landing zone for Methodist Air Life to transport a critical patient. Air Life landed safely and transported the patient to an area hospital in San Antonio. Officer cleared the scene and went back in service.
