Natalia Police Report May 13-19

May 13
12:10 AM – Officer was contacted by a complainant at the Natalia Police Department that he was being harassed by his neighbor. Officer gathered both subjects’ information and ran them through the Medina County dispatch office. The complainant came back wanted for an active warrant, which was confirmed. Officer arrested the subject and took him to the Medina County Jail.
3:34 PM – Officer responded to the 800 blk. of CR 6723 for a medical call for a baby having difficulty breathing. Officer assisted EMS. EMS later transported the child to the children’s hospital in San Antonio.
4:44 PM – Officer responded to IH-35 S. mile marker 127 to assist a trooper on a traffic stop. Officer arrived on scene and stood by while the trooper searched the vehicle. Trooper found an undisclosed amount of marijuana in the car that belonged to a male front right passenger. Officer cleared the scene once the trooper was done with the traffic stop.
May 14
6:30 PM – Officer responded to the 500 blk. of CR 6841 about a physical disturbance in progress. Officer arrived on scene and observed a female outside the residence. Officer noticed a laceration to her face and asked where the suspect was. Officer was informed he was inside the residence. Officer was given permission to attempt to locate the suspect, but found marijuana, methamphetamine, and a gun in plain sight inside a closet. The suspect was later located across the street at his mother’s house. Medina County Sheriff’s deputies arrested the man and transported him to the Medina County Jail.
May 19
6:05 PM – Officer responded to the 300 blk. of Pearson St. about a private property accident in the First Baptist Church parking lot. Officer gave the two drivers blue forms and explained them to the drivers. Officer gathered his information, cleared the scene, and went back in service.
