Natalia Police Report June 2-9

June 2
6:00 PM – Officer responded to the Natalia Little League Field to assist Natalia Fire and EMS setting up a landing zone for Methodist Air Care to land and pick up a critical patient. Air Care landed minutes later, secured the patient in the helicopter, and flew off, taking the patient to an area hospital.
June 5
10:48 PM – Officer responded to Dollar General about a general motion alarm. Officer checked all doors and windows, and all was secured.
June 6
5:54 PM – Officer responded to the 700 blk. of Palfrey St. about threats made over a phone. Officer spoke to the complainant and found out it was a misunderstanding on a text that was sent to a 15-year-old girl that might have been inappropriate. Officer is continuing the investigation.
June 7
11:21 PM – Officer responded to Love’s Truck Stop about a trucker that hadn’t reported in with his dispatcher. Officer went out with a description of the truck and driver. Officer found the driver in good spirits and asked the driver to contact his company.
June 9
7:57 PM – Officer responded to the 100 blk. of Depot St. about a verbal disturbance. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant. The complainant stated she and the child’s father had an argument and the father got angry and poured her drink onto her and left after the child exchange.
