Natalia High School Band competed in the Harlandale Marching Contest receiving a 1st Division and second place overall in class 3A. They performed their UIL show Paranormal by Gary Gilroy, selections being “Unexplained Noises, Seance & Get Out!”
According to Band Director Sergio Mendez some of the Judges comments were-:
“Super efforts in marching today. – I really enjoyed your performance today!
– Fine band sound! Good marching technique.
– Great music.
– I appreciate the level of music being played.
Next up is the UIL Marching Contest which will be in Hondo on this Saturday, October 14. Natalia High School Band is scheduled to perform at 3:30 pm.
