Margarita ‘Mage’ ‘Maggie’ Curiel Gomez of Devine, Texas, went to be with the Lord February 12, 2020, at the age of 80 by natural causes. She was born to Aniceto and Clara (Perez) Curiel, August 8, 1939. She married Abran Gomez January 6, 1964.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Abran G Gomez, daughter, Martina Gomez Igelsias, brother, Conception (Chon) Curiel and sister, Maria Burrola
She is survived by her children, Frank Gomez, Rumaldo (Lori) Gomez, Abran (Ashley) Gomez and Hellen (Robert) Moore, Micki Valdez (Mike Marshall) Coral Mexia and Chon Perea, brother, Rodrigo Hilario Curiel Martinez, sister Alicia Curiel Martinez, 19 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Viewing and visitation will be held 6-9 PM, with the Rosary at 7 PM, Sunday, February 23, 2020 at St John Bosco Catholic Church, Natalia, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM, Monday, February 24, 2020 at St John Bosco Catholic Church, Natalia followed by the Graveside Service at St Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Devine, Texas.
