The new collection day is on Thursdays and the bulk waste limit is 4 cubic yards.
Collection of those bulk items will be monthly on the last Monday and Tuesday.
New trash carts will be delivered to customers on July 14th and 15th.
First day of the pick-up with new containers is Thursday, July 23rd.
A sample container is at City Hall in front of the building by the front door for people to look at.
The cart placement rules are as follows:
Please place the cart at the curb by 7 a.m. on Thursdays.
Place the cart so the handle is facing towards the home.
Do not overfill the cart. The lid must be securely closed. Items outside the cart will not be serviced.
Do not include items such as paint, motor oil or appliances containing CFCs.
Please place the cart 5 feet from obstructions such as mailboxes or trees and within 1foot of the curb.
