Nov. 1
12:07 AM – Officers responded to Bill Millers for an active alarm. The business was secure.
11:45 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 for a report of a reckless driver in a gray Kia. Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
11:57 AM – Officer responded to the Community National Bank for an active alarm. The business was secure. The button was pushed by accident.
3:36 PM – Officers responded to the 15100 Blk of S. Pecan St. for a suspicious person entering an abandoned property. Officers were unable to locate the person.
5:19 PM – Officers responded to the 19000 Blk. of N. Prairie St. for a report of a family member posting things about him on social media.
9:30 PM – Officer responded to the 300 Blk. of Pinn Rd. to assist ACSO with a person trespassing.
10:05 PM – Officers made a traffic stop that resulted in giving a courtesy ride to an 89-year-old male with Alzheimer’s. There were no family members available to pick the elderly male up.

12:56 AM – Officers responded to Bill Millers for an active alarm. The business was secure.
7:05 AM – Officer observed a disabled vehicle on Main St. and McDonald St. and pushed the vehicle out of the roadway.
8:29 AM – Officer responded to N. Somerset St. and Railroad for a possible bicyclist hit by a car. The rider had just fell over and was okay.
8:46 AM – Officer responded to 14830 Lytle-Somerset for an accident.
12:10 PM – Officers responded to the 15100 Blk. of Railroad St. for a U-Haul pulling a vehicle blocking parking for the business. The owner agreed to move the vehicle.
12:25 PM – Officer spoke to a complainant at the PD about a laptop that was stolen on October 20, 2021.
1:02 PM – Officers responded to the Pecan Grove Apartments for a man entering vehicles with a gun. The male was towing the vehicles and did not have a gun.
2:10 PM – Officer responded to 15100 Adams St. for a report of 2 men trying to enter the closed business. The officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the men.
3:52 PM – Officer responded to HEB for a 2-vehicle minor hit & run non injury accident.
10:27 PM – Officer responded to the 18800 Blk. of Blume Dr. for a 911 hang up. The homeowner said she didn’t call.
11:58 PM – Officer responded to 8400 Blk. FM 476 for a suspicious person. ACSO was tied up on a shooting. A man was sleeping in his car.

11:30 AM – Officer responded the 15200 Blk. of Main St. for a report of a missing vehicle that was drug from the driveway. Further investigation resulted in discovering the car was repossessed.
Nov. 4
1:57 AM – Officer responded to the 20100 Blk. of IH 35 Frontage Rd. for a motorist on side of the road. The motorist okay and said he was tired, and the Rest Area was full.
9:15 AM – Officers escorted the Lytle High School Cross Country Team out of the city.
3:43 PM – Officer responded to the Community National Bank for an active alarm. Everything was okay. False alarm.
5:14 PM – Officers responded to the 19400 Blk. of S. Prairie St. to unlock a vehicle.
10:00 PM – Officers responded to the 16000 Blk. of White Cap Dr. for a 911 hang-up. The officers were unable to contact the caller.
10:30 PM – Officers responded to the Community National Bank for an active alarm. Business was secure.

8:45 AM – Officer responded to Benton City Water for an active alarm. Officer was canceled while in-route.
10:45 AM – Funeral Escort St. Andrew to Lytle Community Cemetery.
1:34 PM – Officers responded to IH 35 SB at FM 2790 for a jack knifed 18-wheeler and a vehicle.
5:27 PM – Officers responded to the 15000 Blk. of Main St. for a welfare check. Everything was okay.
5:38 PM – Officers responded to the 18200 Blk. of Ball Rd. for loose livestock. Officers were able to get the cattle back into the fenced area.
6:50 PM – Officers responded to FM 2790 at SH 132 a 2-vehicle minor accident.
7:50 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a reported traffic accident. The drivers exchanged info. and left the HEB before the officer’s arrival.
8:42 PM – Officers responded to Laredo St. at Main St. to unlock a vehicle.
10:55 PM – Officers responded to FM 2780 E. for a report of a reckless driver. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

2:02 AM – Officer provided a courtesy ride to a 14-year-old male juvenile that was violating the city curfew and released him to his grandfather.
3:27 AM – Officer responded to the 19700 Blk. of Office St. for a child with medical issues.
8:55 AM – Officer unlocked a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban at St. Andrews Catholic Church.
9:30 AM – Officers provided traffic control for the Lytle Homecoming Parade.
11:07 AM – Officer gave a passing motorist direction to the Lytle Animal Control Office.
11:09 AM – Officers responded to N. Prairie St. & Railroad St. for a 2 vehicle non-injury accident.
11:24 AM – Officer responded to the Dollar Tree for a report of a missing child. The child was recovered and returned home.
12:33 PM – Officers responded to the 15300 Blk. of Main St. Everything was okay.
1:26 PM – Officer spoke to a complainant about a civil matter.
1:39 PM – Officers responded to IH 35 MM 133 to assist with traffic control for a major accident.
2:15 PM – Officer responded to the 3700 Blk. of SH 132 to unlock a vehicle.
3:49 PM – Officer responded to the Coal Mine Subdivision for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
4:41 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus to speak to a complainant about being involved in a hit & run accident.
4:50 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus to assist Lytle VFD with a car smoking from an electrical short.
5:57 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus for extra patrols due to a disturbance between 2 customers in the parking lot. No additional information was available.
6:45 PM – Officer responded to the HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
7:18 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 MM 132 to watch for a speeding vehicle. The driver was given a citation for speeding 90 MPH.
7:55 PM – Officer responded to the intersection of IH 35 frontage Rd. & FM 3175 for a Stop Sign that was knocked down. A temporary sign was placed until repairs have been made.
9:02 PM – Officer responded to 17900 Blk. of Rocky’s Circle with an Amazon Truck with their high beams on. The driver agreed to dim the lights.
9:57 PM – Officer responded to CR 6843 for loud music. The residents had a live band and agreed the band would stop at midnight.

1:23 AM – Officer initiated a traffic stop at Lytle-Somerset & Bruce St. that resulted in a 19-year-old male subject being cited for drug paraphernalia.
3:13 AM – Officer responded to the 15400 Blk. of Lake St. for a report of loud music. The music was turned down.
3:12 PM – Officers responded to the 15400 Blk. of Main St. for a report of an intoxicated man. Officers spoke to the man, and he was not intoxicated.
3:29 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus for a report of solicitors. The individuals were asked to leave.
3:42 PM – Officers responded to the 15400 Blk. of Lake St. for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
11:20 PM – Officers responded to the Pirates Express for an active alarm. The business was secure.
