Lytle Lady Pirates XC competes at FEAST; District races this week

The Lytle Lady Pirate Cross Country runners should know the FEAST course by heart as they have competed at that venue multiple times this season in preparation for next week’s district competition.
Natalie Williams led the Lytle charge with a 19th place, 13:22 running time. Marianna Verdeja came in 40th in 14:22 and Naomy Montes-Rodriguez placed 48th with a time of 14:52.

All Pirate and Lady Pirate XC teams will run their district race this week. The middle school gets things going Saturday, October 24 with the girls running at 9:00am and the middle school boys at 10:00am.
The high school teams run Monday, October 24 with the varsity girls taking the course at 8:00am followed by the varsity boys at 8:30am. The JV girls run at 10:00am and the JV boys at 10:30am.
All races are held at Poth City Park.
