With a final record of 11-4 in district, the Lady Mustangs took second place in 3A District 27. They will play the loser of the Hallettsville and Columbus game on press night, October 27th.
October 20 against Dilley, the Lady Mustangs worked hard to take the win 3-2. After winning the first set 25-19, the Lady Mustangs dropped the second set 24-26. Working hard in the third they quickly won it 25-15 only to lose the fourth set 25-27. In the final set, the power was all on the Lady Mustangs side and they took it 15-6 for the win.
