JV Warhorse powerlifters compete in inaugural meet at UTSA

Devine Warhorse JV powerlifters competed in their first meet of the season at the Texas Strength Systems JV Invitational last Thursday evening on the campus of UTSA. Devine had four lifters representing what the future has in store for the successful Warhorse powerlifting program.
“The young men got a taste of what it takes to compete in powerlifting in the JV Meet at TSS-UTSA,” stated Head Coach Paul Gomez. “Although we only had four lifters, we still managed to score eight points and gain valuable experience.”
