JV Arabians 3rd, JV Warhorses 6th at Bulldog Relays

Devine’s JV Arabian and Warhorse track teams met stiff competition at the Bandera Bulldog Relays last week but still walked away with third and sixth place respectively.
Highlights for the Arabians were Chasity Reyes winning the 100m Dash and Lacey Shook capturing the gold in Long Jump as well as Yessika Garza placing second in the 300m Hurdles. The 4×1 Relay team consisting of Macey Hein, Reyes, Hannah Stolzman, and Samantha Lascano also took gold with a time of 54.92.
Warhorse highlights included Brady Hackebeil getting the silver in the 400m Dash, Chris Ortiz placing third in the 800m Dash, and Hunter Nowicki also getting third in Shot Put.
