Game ball, stats, and scoring summary

One game ball awarded this week to the graduating seniors who played their last football game Friday night in New Braunfels. These young men helped Devine to the state playoffs for four consecutive seasons including two outright district championships and one co-championship.
Most were not yet born when Devine began its streak of 18 consecutive seasons to make the playoffs. Now, through their great leadership and mentoring of younger players, the Warhorses have the capability to extend their streak to 19 beginning in 2020.
Joseph Hernandez, Isaiah Oropeza, Sergio Martinez, Hunter Maxwell, Blaine Miller, Hayden Shook, Michael Polanco, Leonard Pompa, Jesus Hernandez, Tristin Kannard, Jayce Hackebeil, Isaiah Rejino, Darrin Lafferty, Christian Robles, and Andrew Perez deserve a sound pat on the back for carrying on the great Warhorse football tradition.
Gentlemen, this one and only game ball is for you!
