In their only game last week, the Freshman Arabians took on La Vernia in Devine. They fought hard but lost 34-46. They will play at home against Laredo Cigarroa on December 14th at 7:15 in the high school gym and then in Boerne December 17.
“The girls came out with a lot of intensity this game and we did a great job pushing the ball up the floor when we needed to and knowing when to slow down. We made some adjustments and started to figure things out in the second half. Unfortunately, we were just too gassed and weren’t able to hold them off. I’m proud of the girls for pushing all the way to the end,” said Coach Kara Stacy.
