The City of Natalia is pleased to partner with the Center of Advanced Wellness in order to host COVID-19 testing. There is no out of pocket charge and a photo ID is required. Please bring your insurance card if you have it. Testing will take place starting at 9 am on August 22, 2020 in the City Hall Council Chambers. Please enter through the handicap accessible door in the back. Facial coverings are required and social distancing restrictions are in place, so you may be asked to wait outside if the Council Chambers reaches capacity. No appointment is necessary, but if possible, call 210-999-5523 so the Center of Advanced Wellness can have an idea of how many testing kits to bring.
