Traveling to Uvalde for the third time this season, the Tennis Team took 3rd place out of 19 teams! Schools ranging from 3A to 6A participated in the two day tournament and Devine was a dominant force in every category.
2nd Place – Girls Singles “A” – Brooke Runyan, 2nd Place – Boys Singles “A” – Jake Harrell, 1st Place Girls Doubles “C” – Madi Mohr/JoJo Villanueva, Consolation Boys Singles “B” – Caeden Alvarez, 3rd Place – Girls Doubles “A” – Malvin Flores/Laurel Spannagel, 1st Place – Girls Doubles “C” – Madi Mohr/JoJo Villanueva, Mixed Doubles – Aidan Hildenbrand/Cameron English, 3rd place – Girls singles “C” – Jordan Erxleben.
The Warhorses and Arabians Tennis Team will head to San Marcos on Friday for their next tournament and then to Brackenridge. The JV will compete in a Brackenridge tournament March 5th and 6th.
