6:33 AM – Complainant in the 700 block of W. Hondo Ave. stated one of his five roommates took his black cell phone valued at $200 while he slept.
10:52 AM – Complainant reported an 18-wheeler parked in a no parking zone at Walmart. Contact was made and the truck was moved.
11:03 AM – Complainant in the 1100 block of Libold Dr reported the theft of a gaming console.
1:28 PM – Complainant in the 1000 block of Malone Dr. reported the theft of a riding lawn mower.
1:28 PM – Unoccupied vehicle parked behind Walmart.
4:33 PM – Traffic lights on W. Hondo Ave. malfunctioning.
5:52 PM – Officers dispatched to the 1300 block of N. Windy Knoll Dr. in reference to a fire in a backyard. Homeowner was advised of City Ordinance and burn ban and the fire was put out.
11:00 PM – Complainant reported a silver Cadillac all over the roadway on IH-35.
11:21 PM – A male subject on FM 463 was jailed for DWI/DUI.
11:45 PM – Complainant reported a subject walking in the 300 block of Renfro with a flashlight. Officer patrolled the area; unable to locate.
Nov. 14
11:44 AM – Defective traffic lights on N. Windy Knoll Dr.
8:23 PM – Officers assisted DPS with a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on IH-35 SB.
11:31 PM – Officers dispatched to the 600 block of Libold Dr. in reference to a verbal dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend. All was okay; parties separated.
Nov. 15
11:45 AM – Officers dispatched to Walmart in reference to 18-wheelers parked on Oak Hill Dr. The trucks were moved, and one was tagged with a parking violation sticker.
1:18 PM – Officer dispatched to IH-35 SB in reference to an 18-wheeler all over the road. DPS made stop at mile marker 119.
5:22 PM – A juvenile female stole $1.88 worth of merchandise from Walmart and departed location. Complainant does want to pursue charges.
6:56 PM – Officer dispatched to the 100 block of Hwy. 132 in reference to a male subject on location possibly attempting to break into vehicles. Subject departed prior to officer’s arrival; all was okay. Checked lot with owner, deputies tied up.
Nov. 16
12:35 PM – Complainant in the 700 block of Devine Dr. stated he was assaulted by a neighbor on Saturday.
9:00 PM – Officers dispatched to the 500 block of Pilgrim Rd. in reference to a male subject on location in violation of a criminal trespass warning; unable to locate.
9:42 PM – Complainant reported two males sitting in a pickup truck in the 500 block of Rossville Rd. Both males were looking for deer.
Nov. 17
8:25 AM – Complainant reported a vehicle driving around Jack Nicklaus Dr. with the male driver possibly taking pictures in the area; unable to locate.
Nov. 18
3:58 AM – Complainant reported a silver Kia 4-door all over the roadway on IH-35 SB, nearly striking several vehicles and also driving at a very low rate of speed.
4:21 AM – A female driver on IH-35 SB was jailed for DWI 2nd.
8:22 AM – Theft of a skidster valued over $20,000. The skidster was taken from a construction site and recovered by Devine PD in the 500 block of Anderson.
10:30 AM – Complainant in the 100 block of Hall Dr. reported an unknown person knocked down and damaged his mailbox.
3:24 PM – Officers assisted DPS on IH-35 with a semi-truck vs. a truck. Injuries reported.
8:33 PM – Complainant in the 300 block of W. Moore Ave. reported a verbal disturbance between herself and her 17-year-old son. Everything was okay; individuals separated for the night.
10:11 PM – Officer assisted DPS with a vehicle on fire on IH-35 SB. Officer made location to assist with traffic control. Fire extinguisher was used to control fire until Devine Fire made location.
Nov. 19
12:45 PM – Complainant in the 600 block of W. Moore Ave. lost his wallet at Walmart. It was located but cash was missing.
6:23 PM – A female subject was cited and released for the theft of $62.80 in merchandise at Walmart.
