NHS cheerleaders bring home hardware from UCA camp

This year’s squad is Grace Gorman, Felicia Guzman, Julianna Morales, Trinity Vera, Monique Wolff, tori Wootan, Destiny Zapata, Bryanna Perez, and Gabi Santoya. The squad is under the direction of Debi Cone.

Cone’s contract extended through 2021

The Natalia ISD School Board gave Dr. Freeman Hensley Cone a contract extension through the 2020-2021 school year.

Natalia ISD Superintendent Dr. Freeman Hensley Cone agreed to the terms of a two-year contract extension to stay in the district through the 2020-2021 school year.

Sanchez, Seaton chosen as Natalia ISD Board student representatives

Natalia ISD student representatives Samantha Sanchez and Priscilla Seaton are pictured with Superintendent Dr. Hensley Cone, left, and Board members Andrew Besa and Eric Smith.

Natalia robotics team places at State

The 4th place trophy was brought home by Natalia’s Invention Team Hydrotech, consisting of Andrew Walsh, Priscilla Seaton, Sean Schroeder, and Anastasia Rodriguez. Their entry was a robotic low-water crossing system to provide safety for drivers in flooding conditions.

Natalia ISD approves interlocal agreement with Medina County, purchases AVID curriculum set

Natalia ISD Board members approved an interlocal agreement with Medina County for the collection of delinquent taxes and agreed to bring the AVID program back to the district in the Regular meeting held May 8.
